Il teatro STUDIYA project è un gruppo di giovani attori, artisti e registi laureati alla Moscow University of Television and Broadcasting, alla Russian University of Theatre Arts di Mosca e al Boris Schukin Theatre Institute (The Vakhtangov School). Ciò che li accomuna è la creatività e la creazione di spazi teatrali originali.
Dopo la laurea hanno capito che non volevano prendere strade diverse e che volevano creare qualcosa di speciale insieme. Nel loro cammino hanno poi incontrato persone che hanno preso parte al progetto e che li hanno aiutati a migliorare le loro capacità poco a poco e a fare di loro un gruppo di artisti, professionisti, attori e registi sempre più unito. Grazie a questo oggi sono una compagnia sempre aperta a nuove esperienze e le loro creazioni vanno ben oltre il concetto di “repertorio teatrale”.
Nella ricerca di un nome che potesse rappresentarli, hanno scelto STUDIO project group- STUDIYA . Questo concetto rappresenta il leitmotiv dei loro lavori e lo spirito che li caratterizza in tutte le loro creazioni.
Il teatro è stato fondato nel 2014

Theatre STUDIYA. project– is a community of young actors, artists and directors – graduates of Moscow University of Television and Broadcasting, Russian University of Theatre Arts (Moscow) and Boris Schukin Theatre Institute (The Vakhtangov School), united by the idea of creativity and creation of inspiring theatrical space.

After graduation we understood that we could not just go to different directions that we wanted to do something together, something special. The long way was farther, on this way we met   people interested in our projects, people who introduced an unexpected vision bringing us to a new level of development. Gradually an idea to make a community of creative professions — directors, artists, actors was born. As a result, today we are beyond the concept “repertoire theatre”, we are something more and always open for new experience.

We were looking for a concept, a name and understood that we are — ‘STUDIO’, project group – theater STUDIYA. project. This concept is our air, what inspires and feeds us. It is our special spirit.

The theatre was founded in 2014.
